A unique feature of the Fixscreen Minimal fabric sunprotection is the freestanding coupling side guiding channel ‘C.F’. It’s installed completely separate from the window, only attached at the top and at the bottom. This allows up to 3 screens to be connected, with a maximum total width of 12 m without giving in on a high wind resistance up to 80 km/h. This novelty makes application with minimalistic windows much easier, as well as combinations with standard sliding windows, for example in combination with an insect screen or a handle on the screen side. Due to its reduced headbox size and sleek side guiding channels, the impact of the Fixscreen Minimal on the architecture is literally ‘minimal’.
