The collection GRANDIOSA-PREZIOSA includes a series of 6 mm thickness gres porcelain stoneware slabs in the 120x280 size that are used as decorative elements.
The material is enriched by the presence of precious metals and by the use of particular resins which allow to obtain a very three-dimensional and deep final aesthetic effect. The collection represents an innovative way of the wall decorating with a unique graphic composition. The use of the decorative slabs has the advantage of limiting the presence of joints with a unique final effect. The product mass is composed of finely atomized mineral raw materials in order to form a mix. For the slabs production is used the "continua" technology and then the material is decorated using high definition digital impression machines which deposit precious materials on the surface to obtain the desired effect. The material is dried to eliminate the correct water percentage, it is fired using a special ovens that work continuosly and which have a lenght more than 100 mts, thanks to the achievement of a temperature more than 1200 °C the material reaches the desired technical characteristics (hardness, etc). In the end the material is subjected to other special processes to obtain the desied touch feeling effect.
